Renown 200 kiwi pump has been around for many years.

Renown 200 pumps are great & can run continuous water supplies a long way.

The Renown 200 water pump is a Surface plunger pump Robust, compact, reliable & very popular pumps in NZ. They are an excellent pump for the farm and house and have been around NZ for many years. They have a robust casing with piston and crankshaft that displaces and supplies the water line at the other end. Not a lot of moving parts but the main thing is to make sure the casing with piston has oil in it and that you pump water not fresh air as the rubber bushes in the water casing may deteriorate. Now and again it pays to strip the casings, change the oil and give it a good clean just like a service check on a car. Like many machine parts they all need to be serviced.

New Renown 200 Pump (Retails for around $1700 NZ but you can still buy cheap ones in NZ used). They are still Supplied and certified by Track Industries in Christchurch as new but many water companies around NZ will have the parts and you will need to replace those old parts.

Cylinder cup rubber washers and valve seat washers and seals will need to be replaced. You can fit a 1/4 hp motor easy enough to drive it.  Lifts 20/22 ft. Max. head 150 ft or 65 P.S.I.  Max suction lift at sea level is approx 25 ft
Volume approx 600 lts per hour. Pumps are easy to hook up to a pressure tank and we use them to pump water from one tank to another.
