When repiling a house normally if an older house we may have to revome and replace floorboards and weatherboards - we remove and replace what is required as well as paint the finished work. We replace rotten bearers and floor joists which are on our quotation and also any wall studs.

We undertake any Building work whether alterations, additions or maintenance work including digging septic tanks etc. We have Cerified Builders on hand.

Imported from overseas these Matted wall lining sheets are available in bulk lots of 50 min sheets. We offer a special no min for home owners who have their homes repiled by us. They come in sheet sizes 2400 cm x 1200cm and will enhance any feature walls you are renovating in New Zealand homes.

All work is to NZS 3604 standards. We arrange for an engineer should one be required and council consent plans.

Ideal for Maori Maraes we take orders for our next shipment and these are not available on the New Zealand market whatsoever.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN YOU NEED A HOUSE REPILED RELEVELLED OR UNDERPINNED IN NEW ZEALAND

• Maybe your house is on a lean, creaks or sways?
• Doors, windows cupboards, are not closing properly or are out of alignment-- easy with old sash cord windows.
• Check under your house to see if the piles seem firm & not cracked or broken or split
• Check your floor levels & cracks in your gibboard or wallpaper torn
• The old ‘Bouncy’ floors while walking through the house are a giveaway.
• Concrete piles are showing cracks or signs of wear leaning over. Bearers show signs of wear
• You are about to build on or want home renovations so this is important to check.
• Check for any movement in your home at all for us
